Course change requests will only be considered using the criteria as follows:

1. There is a change in the program of study (e.g. University to College, Academic to Applied etc.)
2. A course change is necessary for the student's post secondary pathway.

This VERIFICATION FORM with changes must be received by the St. Augustine Guidance office no later than Wednesday April 25, 2018.
